Our client, a growing Personal Injury specialist based in Southport are currently looking to add 2 further Persoanl Injury Claims executives to their friendly, growing team.

Ideally posseesing a minimum of two years experience managing personal injury files relating to RTA's, you will be responsible for acting on behalf of clients who wish to claim compensation and who have suffered injury and financial losses as a result of a road traffic accident. This will include advising on liability, potential compensation figures which can be expected, liasing with thrid party, insurers, witnesses etc, collating evidence and submitting claims details to thrid party insurers in order to successfully negotiate a settlement on behalf of clients. This role will also include acting on claims made against the MIB.
