A rare and exciting oportunity for a Project planning engineer has arisen with a global leader of Automation solutions to the Automotive and Aerospace industries. You will responsible for providing a valuable service in ensuring our project planning and updating gives information across Multiple Projects so that Program / Project Managers fully understand the projects status. This will entail: Discussing weekly with Technical leaders status and progress and identifying risks. Planning and issuing changes to the project baseline. Updating and sending to Functional Managers project status reports on a weekly basis Future project Resource planning and forecasting. Must have a HNC preferably in the Mechanical / Electrical sector and have at least 3 years work experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Project 2007 This is a diverse important support role within the Project Function, it will give the right candidate an insight into a global Engineering / Manufacturing company structure and process with future opportunities to progress.
